Privacy Policy for the Omni-Med Case Management Mobile App

This Privacy Policy governs the use of the mobile application (the “App”) developed by General Networking LLC (“GN LLC”), located at 13210 Shermons Pond, Houston, TX 77041, on behalf of Repronova LLC and for the exclusive use of Omni-Med Laboratories LLC (“Omni-Med”), located at 10901 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX, 77079.

This App is a secure companion tool to Omni-Med’s patient case management platform and is intended solely for use by Omni-Med staff and its affiliated healthcare providers to coordinate patient care. Access is restricted and requires login credentials issued only by Omni-Med administrators.

1. Information the App Displays

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PID) from users or patients. However, it displays patient-related medical data securely retrieved through an encrypted connection to Omni-Med’s backend system via API. All data access is governed by Omni-Med’s internal access control policies and applicable legal regulations.

2. User Access and Authentication

• The App is accessible only to authorized users (Omni-Med employees and affiliated physicians).
• Login credentials are managed and distributed exclusively by Omni-Med administrators.
• Unauthorized access attempts are strictly prohibited and may be subject to investigation.

3. Data Security

GN LLC and Omni-Med take appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard all data transmitted to and displayed in the App, including:

• Encrypted API communication (TLS/SSL)
• Device-level authentication
• Session timeout and inactivity controls
• No local storage of patient data on the device

4. No Data Collection or Analytics

The App:

• Does not collect analytics, behavioral, or usage data.
• Does not transmit any personal data to third parties.
• Does not include advertising or third-party tracking technologies.

5. Compliance

The App is designed to operate in accordance with:

• The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
• Relevant state and federal data protection laws

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Users will be notified through Omni-Med administrators of any material changes prior to implementation.
