Privacy Policy for the Omni-Med Case Management Mobile App

This Privacy Policy governs the use of the mobile application (the “App”) developed by General Networking LLC (“GN LLC”), located at 13210 Shermons Pond, Houston, TX 77041, on behalf of Repronova LLC and for the exclusive use of Omni-Med Laboratories LLC (“Omni-Med”), located at 10901 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX, 77079.
This App is a secure companion tool to Omni-Med’s patient case management platform and is intended solely for use by Omni-Med staff and its affiliated healthcare providers to coordinate patient care. Access is restricted and requires login credentials issued only by Omni-Med administrators.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PID) from users or patients. However, it displays patient-related medical data securely retrieved through an encrypted connection to Omni-Med’s backend system via API. All data access is governed by Omni-Med’s internal access control policies and applicable legal regulations.
